"Ordered sandwiches on the app. Got home and my sandwich had no meat or cheese on it. Called back and the kid who I talked to was extremely rude and basically told me I was a lier. I will never go there again."

"I have had nothing but bad experiences at our local subway, but I decided to give them one more try. I placed an order on the app at 6:45pm. App confirmed that my order was ready. When I walked in the worker said, "I will be right with you, but we are out of everything." I proceeded to tell her I placed an order on the app and she was so rude and told me she didn't have an order. Another worker came out of the back, and they found my ticket. They then proceed to tell me they can't make what I ordered because they are out of chicken. I then asked about steak, and they said they were out of that too. I then asked for a refund and was told that I would have to come back or call the next day because they couldn't help with that. Since then, I have tried calling multiple times to try to resolve this, but I can never get through. I hope that the owner of this store knows how terrible this location is and that with this kind of service it won't be around long."
