"I came in here with a slow leak on a passsenger tire. I asked them to take a look at it and let me know what it would cost to fix it. They advise me it would be $35 to fix it. They spotted two holes. They then proceeded to try to fix it but couldn't came out and told me they couldn't fix it and that I needed to replace the tire which I wasn't going to at the time. I then ask the owner how much it would cost for what they have done and she said thre was no charge because they couldn't repair it. Then she left the person put my tire back on and then told me it was $35 for not fixing my tire won't be coming back not honest. I do understand that I should have to pay something for the work they did but charging me the same amount as it would cost to fix it for not fixing it is unreasonable and then telling me I don't have to pay and then charging me is dishonest."
