"The food quality seems to have gone down every time I visit in comparison to other local Taco Bell locations. Items regularly forgotten, these poor workers look stressed and short staffed so I can't blame them (the staff was super nice and polite), but the food just isn't worth the prices it at this location - cold and messy in construction (as in proportions seem off, thrown together in haste, etc.)"

"I had the most wonderful experience at this taco bell. The manager Shana replaced a couple of taco supremes I ordered the day before that weren't quite up to par. Not only did she replace my tacos but comped my entire lunch and gave me coupons for my next visit. The quality of my food was wonderful so fresh and delicious. I am very impressed with tavo bell I will gladly go 10 mi out of my way to make this my new Taco Bell."

"It's a fast food restaurant... So the atmosphere is average and as expected. I went through the drive through and the server was friendly and had a great personality, as opposed to the usual half asleep, half interested order taker. The food was freshly made and tasted better than some other taco bell stores."

"This place (especially the customer service) is consistently bad the times I've been here. The last couple times I've been, I paid for extra meat in my tacos, and didn't receive it; and the most recent time I requested extra meat again, and they just totally ignored the request. They also gave me my drink with no ice and an absolute sticky wet mess on the outside, and then just stared at me when I requested a new one. Don't recommend this location at all. Take the drive into Springfield to the new one on West Sunshine."

"This place was amazing tbh, so the food was fresh the taco wasn't even soft on the bottom, it took legit 6 min for my order all the staff was nice kept asking me if I needed any help. Tbh probably the best taco bell experience I've ever had. Who work the afternoon staff around 1:30pm on Nov 3. They all need a high five or something they where amazing."
