"I've been going to this periodontist for several years due to a gum infection and follow-up. Never had any problems with him. He seemed fine. However, I had an appointment today (March 3, 2020) and when I got there, the office was locked up, the sign was missing from the wall, and one of the neighboring tenants told me no one had seen anyone there for two weeks. They also said that people were trying to get a hold of the building owner to get into the office. I guess no one knows what happened to Dr. Wenzel. Their office phone just goes to voicemail. There wasn't a sign saying they'd moved to another location and, through the window in the door, you could see that it looked like all their equipment, computers, furniture, and such was still there. As if they all just stopped showing up one day. So... I feel like there's probably some really tragic or scandalous story, maybe. But I don't know what it is. I wish him and his staff well, whatever happened. Anyway, regardless of why, it looks like they're out of business."
