"I’ve had bad experiences with the shoes I’ve got. Want to get a nice set of shoes for work, but a lot of what is offered doesn’t have great soles and no heel support. Their store doesn’t offer those accessories so have to get them else where and spend more. Even after I still end up with blisters and ache in my feet after a couple hours. Nothing against the workers, they are great and the store always looks nice, but I think their company or big heads need to look into such complaints and offer better selection and supporting boots for their customers"

"Bought a $150.00 pair of steel toe boots for work. Was advertised as all day comfort water proof and steel toe. Tired on 3 different sizes found the size that seemed most comfortable in store and purchased them. Wore them to work 1 day. They put blisters on my feet, and my feet ached so bad barely made it thru my work day. Went to return them with all the tags, receipt, and originally box. Lady said because I wore them they will not return or exchange them. I wore them for 1 day. How are you suppose to know if something provides all day comfort without trying to ware them. Unprofessional business if you ask me. They obviously don’t stand on what their products are advertised to be. Will never do business here again. The picture is of the over worn boots don’t look over worn to me."
