"This restaurant is usually on the ball. Friendly staff not afraid to smile and happy to take care of my smaller requests (like cheese and onions on the side) for my family sized chili. Did I mention, it's chili time!♡"

"Capt. Leo, it was November 10th, I remember like it was on the back of my hand I had originally went in for a drink and fries, yknow the norm. Out of the blue my card declines! I know I'm not that poor! I try again waking for it approve.. Boom APPROVED. REMOVE CARD. I was about to experience paradise! I fill my drink and find my seat awaiting my name to be called. Wham! My name is called right before I got sat, I motion towards the counter; I see what I've been needing in my life, the crisp golden fries. I most know the chef of these masterpieces. I ask the front lady, she motions a figure towards us, he introduces himself as Leo, I thank Leo profusely for the work of art he had just made. TL:DR Leo made perfect fries, and it was amazing"

"Came in last night (11/5/23) around dinner time and ordered 8 burgers in total and my husband and I was watching it all being made and the young guy making all the burgers was swapped with orders from drive thru as well as about 8 other people ordering food and he handled it all very well by himself. I asked his name so I could give a great review. I was told his name is Terell. Well sir great job. All our food was fresh and made correctly. We had 4 of the burgers with some stuff on and added other stuff and he nailed it! People like this young man make fast food so much more and we will drive from soringfield every time we want Wendys!!! Thanks Terell."

"I love Wendy's Dave's double. It's the best fast food burger. The cost is competitive with the other fast food places. If you're going to damage your health with toxic food, you might as well enjoy it."

"Worse Wendys location in the city! I have had issues with this location on every visit from mobile orders to drivethru to dine in. There hasn’t been a time I didn’t have to bring my order back or report about either missing items or wrong items in my order. The same excuse is always used: It’s not our fault but the order wasn’t accurately portrayed despite me showing them the receipt and when that happens they say it’s the mobile or my fault for the issues. I rarely go to Wendy’s but I always hope that maybe they got their act together but no. Today, I ordered from the mobile app, which has issues on its own, and the spicy chicken sandwich was so tough it felt like I was eating jerky. I now have to stay in the pickup window inspecting my order before I drive off because of how common it is and I was right. The employee was annoyed that I haven’t driven off once he handed me my order and when I pointed out the issue he grabbed the bag and left with a huff. The customer service is horrible from that instance to managers and employees even laughing at my foreign name when I tell them it’s for me. I had a 30 dollar order and everything was wrong and reported and they got back to me for a refund yet it’s been over two months no no word back since then. I’m done with this place. Pathetic that even the corporation won’t do a thing about it after getting complaints about this store."
