"Went in for a front end alignment. Was told I needed a bolt that would cost $40 more. Had to come back after lunch so they could put the “ bolt” on Told them my car was now sliding to one side or the other very abruptly, especially going around corners. So I waited and waited, then was told I needed struts on the front and back and that would cost roughly $1,000! Strange but they didn’t say I needed struts until after I told them my steering was worse, and really stranger yet I have shocks on the back! Now I have to have whatever they did fixed somewhere else! I feel they don’t really know what they’re doing and just took my money. I’m not sure they even put the $40 part on. Won’t ever go there again"

"We recently had a terrible experience at Jeff’s Auto that left a sour taste in our mouth, especially considering it was the day before my wedding. Our vehicle was towed to their shop, and they initially quoted us for an alternator replacement. However, the evening before the wedding, we received a voicemail informing us that the cost would be $200 more than originally quoted, and the vehicle was ready for pickup. We felt trapped and had no choice but to pay the increased amount, given the urgency of our wedding day. It would have been reasonable to expect a call to discuss the additional charges and ask for our consent before proceeding. Unfortunately, that consideration was completely overlooked. To make matters worse, the gentleman working the counter the next morning was incredibly rude. He even called his supervisor, who suggested removing the alternator and sending us elsewhere. However, this was not a viable option for us with our wedding just hours away. The lack of professionalism and the dismissive attitude we encountered were highly disappointing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Jeff’s Auto to anyone. Their lack of communication, unexpected price hikes, and disrespectful behavior make them an establishment to avoid. It’s essential for others to be aware of these issues before considering their services."
