"EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KIND!! My car was stuck on the side of the road in a storm and I had 3 very impatient babies in the backseat. James was there within ten minutes and got us right back on the road. He even drove with us to the safe pull off up the road to check my car for damage and make sure we were safe to keep going. "DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE USING INSURANCE. If you have an issue with your insurance instead of handling it like a decent person this company will yell, cuss, be rude, threaten to impound your vehicle all while complaining about his business issues he’s had and hang up on you whenever trying to resolve the issue. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced hands down. This company hates their jobs and I think their life. I wish zero stars was an option."
