"The Republic Dunkin has friendly, quick service and always make your order correctly, or politely correct it if it's wrong. The coffee is delicious and the donuts are fresh. The staff is so friendly, even when they're understaffed."

"I've tried this place a couple times and I'm not impressed... or happy. The coffee is SO weak. And it tastes like what I would imagine taking a drink of bath water would taste like. And it was handed to me at slightly above room temperature. I'm pretty sure instead of putting the cream and sugar in the coffee they just sat them on the counter real close to each other in hopes that it would transfer through asmossis. You could get a better cup of coffee at an AA meeting."

"5 stars goes to Summer. That girl is going places! Responsible, helpful, customer oriented, and professional. I came in early Wednesday morning to pick up an order made abt 20 minutes earlier. I could see the order ready, but I absolutely could not get help from the other 2 young young girls working....at all. Both avoided eye contact, but when either happened to look up in my general direction, it was to give me a look of apathy, irritation, and disgust all rolled into one. They are teenagers after all so I just asked for my order. Both girls walked past my order and went to Summer and said they didn't know what I was talking about and TOLD her to go help me. Summer did. Although roughly the same age, she was professional, sweet natured, prompt and excellent at her job. Go Summer! You are way ahead of the curve, and worth way more than what you are probably getting paid. I was so uplifted when I left."

"We went in to the restaurant 2.5 hours before closing and waited a really long time before someone stopped working on making other orders and acknowledged us to take ours. I told them that I have a caffeine allergy and would like to order a decaf coffee, but they told me that they didn't have any decaf coffee brewed and said they wouldn't do it since it was so late at night (7:30pm). I ended up not being able to get my coffee. My husband wanted a jelly glazed donut and they told us they couldn't make one for him and what they had out is the only thing we could order. One bite into them and we threw them away--super stale and dry."

"just ridiculous. I should not have to plan for an extra 20-30++++ minutes in my mornings to stop at Dunkin for coffee. If I could give zero stars I woulda. And it’s not about Dunkin as a whole because I love Dunkin and I literally stop at the Dunkin in Republic EVERY SINGLE DAY during the weeks. I always order ahead on the app. I literally order when I’m in Billings because I know that my is not going to be ready when I get there. Carey (the manager) has absolutely ZERO customer service skills, no sense of urgency WHATSOEVER, very obviously cannot multitask to save her life. It takes her 5 minutes to make one freakin coffee. And she never greets any customer when they walk in, never says a word to you while you’re standing there at the counter for 5+ minutes waiting for her to help you or even just look in your direction. And Faith is just as bad. Almost every morning it is Carey and Faith working together alone, the screens have tons of orders in red on them, their workstations and the place is a mess when it’s them working. They are rude and barely speak to you and my coffee is always either made wrong, tastes nasty, or not ready and I have to wait forever. Mel and Nat are always great, my coffee is always ready when I get there if they’re there. They’re both very nice and always greet customers, are friendly and smiling. Jacob and Jordan are both great as well, never had to wait 30+ minutes for my coffee when any of them are on shift. The place is always clean, things are stocked, there’s virtually no line or wait when it’s any of these four. The inconsistency of the coffee is so frustrating, somedays it’s the best coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life and somedays it’s the worst and I can’t even drink it. I have reviewed before and spoke with their branch manager. I understand changes will take time but things need to be fixed. And I’m not the only customer who feels this way, there are many people I see every morning there waiting, just as angry and frustrated with the staff here as I am. I have told them to leave a review as well. Sorry for the harsh words but at this point it’s getting a little ridiculous."
