"Keith does good work. From something simple to the toughest jobs on your car or truck or maybe just some added performance parts. Guaranteed to treat you fair. Thanks Keith!"
"Got an oil change and the pan came back with two drain bolts instead of one. At least the second bolt was free! Decided to buy a new oil pan and try it myself. I can understand why the labor cost seemed high than, looking back now. But since that happened I can't complain because now I have a new hobby I didn't know I enjoyed. This was my first place where I atempted building a mechanic-customer relationship there. I'm not upset anymore about it, they are pretty decent mechanics. I wish Mealman would smile more though. Quick tip next time please don't use an impact to tighten my oil pan drain bolt, but thanks for helping me learn some things!"
"My experience here was just okay. He fixed my Focus wheel hub for about $100 more than other shops. Super friendly guy though. We asked him to also look over the transmission on our van, the brakes, and the engine He ended up getting busy and seemed to only diagnose the transmission and brakes but told me my brakes were not bad. The problem is my brakes are still squeaking at every stop. Thankfully they were able to atleast get the transmission diagnosed correctly. I was able to get my transmission replaced under warranty. Also they Sometimes have a diagnostic fee and sometimes they don't so be clear to ask if you have them do any work. Shop can definitely improve and get better they just have to take that step. Not the worst but certainly not the best."
"I was changing the water pump on my Ford and I broke 3 different rusty bolts off in the engine block. Given the circumstance, I think these guys handled it well and I'm happy with the quality of work. I've got the truck back together and been driving it for about 3 weeks and I haven't encountered any problems, so I'm a happy customer!"
