"They still have not replaced a window that has been ordered over a month ago. They have lied on multiple occasionys of the status of install and delivery. Everytime t is a new story. They even said that they are being dropped from their glass distributor. !!buyer beware there is a reason the dist is dropping them"

"I was led on by the receptionist for a period of four weeks about getting an estimate for a glass door window replacement. We are located in noel and were told they would do the estimate within two weeks. Well two weeks come and go so we call and find out they are not going to come out unless we pay for an estimate and get put on the schedule. We said sure, even though this was the first we were hearing of this policy, and they said we'll get back with you on the date by tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and goes along with two more days before we call back and get told she has not talked to "Frosty" yet. Four weeks and still no estimate! I will take this down if a scheduled estimate ever comes. The 5 star reviews are from friends and family members of theirs."
