"I called Sheldon's to get a price to change out my turn signal switch. It only involved a total of 5 screws.I already had the part. I had watched a video on YouTube and knew that it was a 5 minute job. I have a bad hand which was making it impossible to remove the screws. Apparently, they thought that I am just a stupid woman. I was quoted $150 since I already had the part. They actually said that they would HAVE to charge that much since I had the part. Obviously, they didn't like the fact that they couldn't tack any extra to the price of the part, so they quoted the job very high. Needless to say, I will NEVER go to Sheldon's for anything. My car is an older vehicle and I need a mechanic I can trust. That is not Sheldon's. If you are a single woman, know what the problem is before you go and approximately how much it will cost to fix. Otherwise, you will be taken advantage of."
