But he communicated with me through the process. I drove over two hours for a specific truck. He and his salesman stayed late waiting ( I came after work). Love my truck. "Called looking for parts with part #s and the Jeff guy that answered the phone wanted to be rude. I told him I would come by and get the parts. 30 minutes later I said you know what! I don’t have to be treated that way.I decided to take my business elsewhere. So I called Jeff up and said I no longer need those parts. His response was OH GREAT THANKS FOR MAKING MY QUANTITIES NEGATIVE AND THANKS FOR THE HELP. Will not buy anything from here!"
