"15 years ago, I went for my first dental visit at some another dental office at Shawnee area, the first thing they ask me to do were full mouth deep cleaning, two weeks after the cleaning, I felt one of my tooth was so sensitive to both cold and hot water. I went back to the dental office and the doctor told me that I needed to have root canal ! What ? Really ? Lucky was that someone told me about Dr Chang from the State Avenue Dental Office, he took a look and suggested me to try to use a special rinse product first, after couple weeks of using that rinse, my tooth are still good until now ! I am so glad that I find a very honest dentist ! Thank you so much Dr Chang ! You are the best!"

"I received two root canals and two crowns from this dentist. The crowns were ill fitting. I told him this - but very little was done to correct the situation. My experience was so poor that I actually stayed away from the dentist for a few years. When I finally went to a different dentist - they had to do a bite adjustment. My crowns were too high and too wide for my mouth. The root canals are under filled and my new dentist feels like there may be the start of an abscess under one. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. I feel like I got ripped off!"

"This dentistry permanently disabled me by not taking the proper precautions necessary to safely remove mercury amalgam fillings. My lungs, throat, and sinus cavity were all affected by mercury vapor toxicity (poisoning). Dr Chang refuses to entertain the idea of helping me with my medical bills or even admitting ANY wrongdoing. I suffer every day to just breathe, let alone function as any normal person does, and they don't give a damn. I can't sue, I have no income now, and no lawyer will take my case."
