"I had to take my Explorer in due to catalytic converter warning. Due to emissions laws, they replaced it for free. I called to check and Chris answered the phone and said he already had it ready to go. I thought I was just getting an assessment, he had it ready and they sent a car to pick me up. Best experience at a dealership I've ever had. Will be going there when it's trade-in time. Service so big, and most places and people today are terrible at it. I'm glad there are still people who care."

"This service center is great! Having been to a variety of shops for my car around the metro area, I can say this one meets all expectations with fast, friendly service with integrity. And when they are busy, they let you know and make a shuttle or uber ride available to help you asap. Lube oil filter always gets done promptly and about the same prices as quick lube shops and they run the full inspection including potential recall notices. The tires here are great quality and mine were in stock ready to go while some of the big box shops nearby turned me away and told me the tires wouldn't be available for some time or would be a poor quality. I really can't say enough good things about this place! Your search for a good car shop ends here!"
