"I had the best possible experience with Big O Tires staff & service. I went in for a tire repair, but they found a nail in the center tread and another nail in the sidewall. So they gave me the best deal on replacement tires by far...$200-$350 lower than quotes I've gotten elsewhere. I got an affordable payment plan and I was out the door with 4 new tires in an hour & a half. This staff is kind, trustworthy, and amazingly helpful. Highly recommend!!!"

"Damaged my rims and won’t repair. I told Ryan, old manager I was picky and please be careful. My rims didn’t fit or something on their new machine and they used the old machine. It scratched the paint on all 4 rims to metal. Ryan said he had a wheel guy that owed him and would fix. I brought truck back and his guy painted them. I should have looked much closer to the quality of repair, that’s on me. Paint is now peeling off of rims. Went back to store and Ryan is out on disability per Mark Neath, new manager. He said he would check and let me know. Nothing back. Went back a couple of months later and Mark informed me they are not fixing or taking care of anything from the old management. It’s costing me $800 and quite a bit of hassle to get these fixed right. Not worth fighting with them. The moral of this review, if you are a picky buyer with your vehicle like me, I would not use them. The pics below show damage and then paint peeling. I gave them 2 stars because they originally tried to fix the mistake."

"With the cold my battery was zapped. I couldn't get in anywhere that wasn't booked or was quoting me $200 just for installation. Had some troubles with the one I purchased, but the workers here were so helpful and understanding. They got me in and had my battery changed in less than 30 minutes. Despite it being a bit more of a drive for me, they're going to be my new go-to place for maintenance!"

"Edit: Appears the experience you have depends on whom is working. I had a front tire leak. They determined it was a cracked rim, but in the process, they destroyed my TPM. On the phone, they agreed to sell me a TPM that I would hand carry to the rim welding shop. When I arrived, I was told they don't do over the counter sales. Previously: Great experience. I have a high-performance car that finding all season tires is difficult. Mark did a great job finding tires that were perfect and in stock at the warehouse. The crew was very careful with my low car (using a jack, not the lift) and with my wheels (they were unscathed)."
