"Staff was friendly and accurately took my order. However, the food I received was old and it was obvious that it was sitting in a warmer for way too long. If I go here again with the same results I will be contacting the health department and the corporate office because serving old food can easily make someone sick and is unacceptable"

"Really helpful and Professional #1 website and app orders were down when I had 10 minutes to order breakfast that closes at 11. Calling at 11 and explaining they made my order and technically didn’t have too. #2 a women in front of me at order was berating the check out girl for her order being dissatisfactory. It was hard to watch. However the girl asked her not to teach her with the disrespect and gave the women her refund. Still the women claimed that she could disrespect her because she was old and had been coming here for years etc. again the worker kept her composure and affirmed these were not reasons to treat people that way and invited her to not come back if she feels the need to act hatefully. I’m not one for fights with service industry nor do I say there’s never mistakes but this was perfectly handled with tact and fairness. Thanks again! "I'm a doordasher and frequently encounter issues with the Taco Bell in Jane, MO. Most times the parking spots closest to the building (including mobile pickup spots) are taken by the employees and today, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, I couldn't even get into the lobby to pick up a customer's order because the doors were locked. I had to go back to my car and go through the drive through. This irritated me simply because the last time I tried to pick up a customer's order thru the drive thru i was told I had to pick up inside. The service inside, well it barely exists."
