"Was excited to try the coffee robot. It took my $7 and then did nothing. Couldn’t find a way to contact anyone for a refund. Great concept poor execution. Is there anyone at Bionics that can take care of their customers?"

"Very entertaining and my iced latte was excellent. My only complaint is that it wasn’t obvious how to get my order after the drink was prepared. I placed the order on my phone but had to use the display screen at the kiosk to pick up the order."

"I did not get what I ordered from bionics with Onyx. I ordered a latte and all that came out was a shot of undrinkable espresso. They have no easy to find customer service to dispute this with so I’ll have to dispute it with my bank. I will not use their service again."
