"I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but this place is slowly getting rid of the anxiety. Dr. Markway had to do a crown on a tooth I had a root canal on and as much as I tried to feel the injections I never felt them. And I saw Emily for a cleaning and she is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. I've been going to this practice for years but have never had anything done but cleanings until recently. I am so grateful to have discovered this practice. Thank you Dr. Markway and Emily for your kindness and helping me overcome my fears of going to the dentist."

"Myself and my three kids have been Seen by this dentist office for routine cleanings twice now, And our experience with their dental hygienist, and Dentist were all pleasant. Then I received an invoice saying I owed $77 for a panoramic x-ray for my son that was not covered by insurance. When I looked into it, I found that he had an x-ray done two years ago, and my insurance only covers those x-rays once every five years. When I called to ask why they did the x-ray when we only came in for a routine cleaning I was told they did not know that he had That x-ray done by his previous dentist And that they are unable to waive the fee because once they submitted to insurance, the insurance company requires them to collect from the patient. I called the insurance company and they said that was not true and agreed the Dentist should waive the fee because they should have received a fax of benefits That would show he is not eligible for that particular x-ray yet. When I called the dentist office back to dispute the charge due to their lack of due diligence, I was told that the dentist felt the x-ray was necessary, so they did it. I argued that if the dentist wants to do a service that is not covered by insurance I expect someone to talk to me about that before hand so that I have a chance to give consent to that service I’m going to have to pay for first. At that point their office manager told me she is going to waive the fee and cancel all my future appointments because they don’t want me or my kids back in the office again. I was Shocked! Never in my life have I been So disrespected! Obviously, this dentist office does not Care about their patients To so quickly push four customers out of their office. Unbelievable!"

"This place is awesome. I know thats weird to say about a Dentist office, but the staff here is awesome very friendly from front office to back. I've had a few teeth pulled here ( due to my lack of taking care of my teeth). They always make me feel comfortable. This place has taken the anxiety out of going to the dentist for me. I recently had a crown procedure done with little to no pain. I had my teeth cleaned for the first time in a very long time, and even though it was not the most comfortable thing, the professional that did the cleaning definitely earned her pay that day. She was awesome. Dr Haworth is absolutely amazing as well. I am now flossing daily, and taking better care of my teeth. Very comfortable environment. I will now be taking my daughter's there for any dental work that needs done. Thank ya'll so much. I appreciate everything you have done. I still have some things I need to get taken care of, but with the amount of professionalism, and care they take, I have no problem going in anxiety free. Thanks again to all of you."
