"Called in, asked them what kind of software they used for diagnostic of International. Was told oem software. So I took my truck in, after they got it in, one week performing diagnostics and $4k of throwing parts at it, I asked what diagnostic software they were using. Again told oem diagnostic software is being used. After 3 more days and a weekend, they wanted to do internal engine inspection. I decided to pull the truck and take it to the dealer. As you can see in the photo, Google is not a diagnostic tool. This is fraudulent and baiting. The dealer had it diagnosed in less than half a day, 3 hours. What an unbelievable fraudulent experience at Inland Truck Parts."
