On this occasion I took my son’s car in for regular maintenance, found out the tires needed to be replaced ASAP. There was no delay in the time of getting it fixed. Billy got us a good set of tires and I was still able to pick up my son’s car when expected with all maintenance work completed and new tires installed. "Went there with the intention of getting one tire replaced but then realized I probably needed all 4. After talking to Chris about all my options, we settled on the BigO brand because of then 75k mile warranty AND the road hazard coverage was included. While the car was in the air they replaced the rear rotors and pads (didn’t know they did brake service). Very pleased with the knowledge of the staff, friendliness, communication….all of it. GREAT EXPERIENCE all around. Plan to be back for sure."
