"The service we got was not it, fortunately for us we don’t live here but for the people that do I feel bad . The lady serving us was so loud and rude , not to mention she was talking so loud I could hear the conversation she was having with her co worker about how this other co worker they have that doesn’t do her job which by the way she was laughing and yelling about, please tell that girl with tattoos to do better or just let her go. The food gets cold so fast my grandma’s waffles don’t get that cold within the minute. Aren’t waffles supposed to be fuffly anyways please take this into consideration because the white girl with tattoos is not it and I’ve worked with people like that if she doesn’t like the way her co-worker works maybe she should consider into communicating instead of yelling it in front of the costumers."

"This was the worst restaurant experience of my life. I have worked in food service multiple times and am usually understanding on staff being a little slow. This is not one of those time where I could be. My friends and I went there to eat and majority of our orders were wrong. My boyfriend didn’t even get his waffle until after we were all done eating. I had to find the staff and ask they to make it 2-3 times. The staff was not great, they didn’t ask if we needed anything at all and acted as if we weren’t there at all. When asked about how our food was we were honest and politely told them it wasn’t the greatest (because of the service and orders being wrong). As we were leaving we received threats from “regulars” and staff. My friends and I DID NOT feel safe at all. This is absolutely unacceptable. You should be able to walk in and out of a restaurant feeling safe. If I could give negative stars I would."

"Heading home after the midway stop for the night in Joplin. You know what your getting a a Waffle House. We stop because we are just looking for a basic breakfast without spending $20 a person for some eggs, toast n hash browns. We had a slight issue with our order but April took care of it. Workers are very friendly. Thanks for another great breakfast. Thanks for the little joke on the receipt it brought a smile to our day."
