"I ordered 1 med Crmal Macchiato, 1 med fries. They gave me a med sprite and med Crmal Macchiato Instead. When I told the drive thru lady, she said she could change it to fries, but she will recharge me. I just took the Macchiato and left. Wow!"

"I just started a new job (yay!) and wanted to get a big iced tea to celebrate, so I hopped on over to this McDonald's in Gentry. It was my first visit to this restaurant and I thought it was great. The people working there were all polite, working efficiently and seemingly in great moods. My food came out quickly and the order was correct (Ok, so I got a burger with my iced tea). Someone was sweeping up the floor as I was waiting, and someone else was wiping down tables. Overall, a great quality McDonalds that I am sure I will be visiting again now that I am working in this neck of the woods!"

"The "best burger policy" has ruined the best burgers in Gentry (not a lot of competition). They now cook all the burgers with onions on the grill. They struggled to not get random onions on the burgers before they were cooking them with onions, now all their burger patties taste like onion even if you order them without. They must use the same grill, same tongs, same spatulas, not scrape the grill between runs or something because the onion flavor is so strong even without any visible onions on it. Some people are allergic, some people get sick from onions, I'm not sure how they thought this was a great idea. I guess it's just a chicken place now for me."

"The dining areas was disgusting. The tables were not cleaned and the floor was so slimy. Biggest frustration was no changing table in either restroom. Highly recommend added that detail to the business."
