"We have a 6 year old little boy who needed to have some work done on some cavity’s. The first time we were there they allowed my wife to sit in there with him bc it made him feel comfortable and he had no issue at all. I took him the second time to have the same thing done and they would not allow me to sit with him. That being said he was very very upset and scared and would not let them do anything. My wife called up there and was told that 95% of kids do better without a parent in there. That right there is some bogus numbers. No way they can say kids do better without a parent. We found a new dentist who is way more accommodating and we will never recommend clear creek or be back. It’s funny they talk about being a great family dentist. That’s bogus and all they care about is money."

"I’ve been going here for cleanings for a few years and have not had any issues before now. Dr. Zimmer and most of the staff over the years have been very courteous. My issue is that I had a permanent front lower tooth that was fine except that it was sitting slightly askew although it was not loose and honestly has been this way for many many years. Dr. Zimmer recommended removing it and installing a replacement before it became a problem so I agreed. Spent just over $600 with insurance to get it done earlier this year. I do remember the doctor making a comment that they are going to go cheap and this concerned me from the start. I thought perhaps it will need to be replaced in a few yeara perhaps. Right at six months later and it works loose and so they recement the replacement tooth. Two weeks later and it works loose again and this time it pops out on me. Make another appointment and now Dr. Zimmer tells me he recommends a dental bridge and quotes it at just under $3,000 saying my dental benefits (through Dental Dental) are over the limit for this year and also they will likely not cover the same tooth for 5 years. So, to recap: I had a perfectly stable permanent tooth that was removed and replaced with a “cheap” implant and this implant did not last much beyond six months. Now, I’m left with a missing tooth right in the front. Not to mention I’m out over $600. Dr. Zimmer offered to roll the $600 over into the bridgework he proposed but I would still have to cough up another $2300 which I do not have. Apparently Clear Creek does not offer a guarantee on their work. Now I won’t be smiling as much out of missing a tooth that makes me look like an extra from the Andy Griffith show or Hee-Haw. They should have offered to at least reimburse me part of the $600 I lost, but all they care about is getting more money out of me. Guess I’ll be looking around for a new dentist. Shame since this is the only local one. Beware."
