"I went through the drive and got a fish filet sandwich. When I left, I immediately opened it to eat and noticed that about half of the tartar sauce was in the box instead of on the sandwich. And the sandwich itself was room temperature at best. These people need better training and measurable accountability."

"Typical McD's, that has unfortunately, removed the drink station shown in the image. While this seems to be the trend, it is one that is NOT appreciated by this customer. Food was properly prepared, however the person on the register did not listen and inputted the order incorrectly. Could not use the mobile app to order, or pay at the counter, as it displayed a "technical difficulties" message on multiple attempts. The shop was clean, well maintained and relatively new. Parking was a bit tight, but very functional, with an adequatenumber of spaces. Good access from and to the facing street."

"For having to wait on my order as long as I did. I expected hot fresh fries. Instead they were old cold and soggy. Plus the cheese on my quarter pounder wasn't even melted. Over all food was decent but should of been better by far"

"Absolutely the worst kept MCDONALD'S I have ever been to. Staff was rude, the floor was sticky and a huge puddle right in front of the counter. No one was in the place, yet even after requests by customers to mop up floor (one customer even offered to mop themselves), no one "working" would do it."

"... it's McDonald's. Except small and dirty on the customer side. Frozen drink machine broken after paying for the upcharge; no option with the staff or on the app for a refund. Food was not brought to our table, nor was it hot. Do better."
