"Where to begin. Everything I have visited this establishment, either my order of choice isn't available, or it's simply made wrong. Like today for instance, simple request of no onions. Nope sure loaded it up with em. Both burgers were very well done. But don't worry, the tater tots was undercooked, so that made up for it. Simply put, the worst sonic in the 4 state area. Oh, and who the hell puts mayo with barbque sauce on a burger??? Oh well, I'd much rather eat a small town mom and pop burger joints anyways. I would have given a zero star rating, but that option isn't available."

"I think more people should contact corporate so something will actually be done about this place.. I no longer will visit this location it never fails they get my order wrong after waiting 30 minutes to get it my tots will either be cold ot over cooked. This wouldn't be so much of a problem if they didn't allow their off clocked employees to cook food for themselves while they are busy. And if they didn't allow other employees just do whatever they want. They need new management so badly Maybe then they will actually have decent food."

"Drove in hungry and drove away hungry. I ordered 2 meals and extra sides. Took 30 minutes to find out they cleared my order. I was across from the drive thru window only vehicle that entire side of the lot. P.s. dairy queen has onion rings as well."

"We have eaten here many times, and noticed it is going downhill fast lately. Tonight, 11/26/23 around 3:45 we stopped. There was one car in front of us in the drive through, and I didn't notice any in the stalls. The main reason we stopped is I REALLY wanted fries. Look at the pitiful fries after waiting way too long. I did not eat any out of the picture, and there was a tot in there, so it wasn't even partially full of fries. They were stale and COLD! Terrible, terrible. We didn't bother to complain as we also didn't get ranch for the cheddar peppers or the much loved mint. We weren't confident at all anyone would care if we turned around to complain, and we didn't have the time anyway. Will likely skip this location in the future."

"This poor store needs more help!! They are always short staffed, which makes them extremely slow!! Love my sencea sonic, but goodness shouldn't take forever to get a drink... Then, if you try to get food better, be ready to wait ... not all their faults, but it still sucks when you are in a hurry on lunch break.."
