The Joplin office went above and beyond trying to get me a hitch. Schuyler Cantrell was awesome. The only thing I ever heard from the Springfield office is my cancellation. I would recommend the Joplin office but not the Springfield office. The Springfield office only told me a couple of days before my appointment that I wouldn't be getting my hitch installed. I'm very disappointed in the way they handled my business."
