"Just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and was headed to Lake of the Ozarks when it started seriously overheating! Pulled off the highway in Buffalo for a look under the hood and realized I was gonna need a tow so I wouldn't damage the engine. Not a soul in sight on the road, then Kevin, the owner of South Side Truck Repair, happened to be driving by. He stopped and had a quick look on the roadside and asked if I would follow him to his shop which was about 1/4 mile away. When we arrived, he had one of his mechanics, Austin, pull the top off and take a look. Turns out during the pre sale service a mechanic at the dealership did not put a hose clamp on a coolant line and it finally blew off from the pressure! This could have been catastrophic. They then proceeded to properly fasten the coolant line, pressure check the cooling system and add 2 gallons of coolant. Kevin refused payment and simply did this as an act of kindness and goodwill and refused payment!! There are VERY few people like this left in the world today and it is my prayer that Kevin, his staff and family are abundantly blessed by the Lord! Thank you Sir for your assistance and overwhelming kindness. God bless."
