"I have not had dental insurance for over 3 years and was very excited to be able to go to a dentist for the first time in a while. I had been recommended to Ozarks Preferred Dental through a messaging channel at work, apparently the dentist graduated top of his class. As I write this the date is May 25th, 2023. I set up an appointment back in early January of 2023 and specifically asked if Principal Insurance was in network. After over 4 months of waiting I got a call the day before my appointment asking to reschedule. I made it work because I would not be able to be seen until December otherwise. I showed up to my appointment today to find out that May 3rd of this year they decided to no longer accept Principal Dental Insurance and my initial visit would cost over $400. This was a prohibitive amount of money at this time. I mentioned that I had specifically asked about my insurance being in network and the front desk worker acknowledged that it was documented in my original call. I am sure that the Dentist is competent and good at his work, but I am leaving a 1 star review because, **what does it matter if you graduated top of your class if you cannot treat patients in need that diligently follow the process?**"

"I have been going here for several years now. Great group of dental hygienists and both dentists are great! Always a great experience and I always leave feeling like my concerns or questions are well heard. I also have three toddlers and they work so well with each of them. I prefer this office over the pediatric dentist I have seen."

"I'm someone who was with Dr Warren and got moved to Dr Reynolds. Obviously, I wasn't too sure about seeing a new dentist, but I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Reynolds has personality and is personable and professional. The hygienist didn't hurt my gums, or do anything that made me bleed. What a nice switch!! Even before this bi-annual exam they were willing to provide a couple different services to my child to keep her teeth straight and white. They have been so great, and all the office staff is a pleasure to deal with."
