"I had a complicated problem that no other dentist could rightfully solve, but Dr. Rick put in the time to create a workable plan for me. He is very good at prep and fit for crowns, and has a great, creative and professional skillset. If it's not something he does, he refers you to the right doctor to get it done (like root canal or extraction and implant posts). He took the time to solve my problem, and when he gets to work, he's fast and efficient. And a very nice person, too. Office staff is friendly, just be patient with them on insurance billing because it's complicated for anyone, they're doing their best, and it all works out in the end. Trust the process!"

"If I could leave no stars I would. At first I thought oh what a great doctor then I went to get a little chip fixed and the man filed down my front two teeth. From the appointment prior he said your front teeth are thinning I said when it is time to do something I will. But when I went in for the chip to be fixed he filed them down when I NEVER asked him too he just went and did it. I only noticed half way through bc he got up yo answer a call when I was in the chair. My tongue went to the spot and I was freaking out. What do you say when it is too late. So 2 months later I was eating and my front tooth popped out. I went in a made a deal bc that should have never happened. The dental assistant said you ready for your crowns yet and then he said it to me. Like are you kidding me. He knew exactly what he was doing. I'm know it's not the first time he has done this either to people. Then a few months after that my other tooth popped out and I have just been dealing with it and now as of tonight my front tooth popped out. I had my little chip fixed many years ago and last year is when it came out. With this doctor it came out not even a 6 months later 3 months. Be warned do not go. When done properly dental cement last years not months. If anyone knows how to put pics on I will. Plz tell me how."

They have integrity in their work, knowledgeable staff that are welcoming, and Dr. Rick has many years of experience and has helped me many times with sometimes complex teeth problems. "I had a 9 o’clock appointment, which I showed up 30 minutes early. She told me my insurance was out of network so I would have to pay out of pocket due to being out of network. I left because I was not going to pay out of pocket for cleaning. 20 minutes later, I get a phone call back, telling me she made a mistake and my insurance is in network. Wanted me to reschedule. Why should I have to reschedule when it was a mistake on your behalf? I was greeted with them trash talking another employee.I also heard their conversation about a patient, using the patients first and last name. They were discussing he had no dental insurance within ear reach of me. Ladies! Have you heard of HIPAA? If you haven’t, you might want to look up the HIPPA laws. I will never return to this dental practice. If you wanna talk about a patient you need to go into a private room so other patients are not hearing personal information about other patients. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
