"I wish there were more people like Bill in this world! Iam very lucky to have car trouble and be near JWM and Bill. I was first refered to Bill 3 years ago while on vacation at TRL. A strut spring snapped while we were leaving to go home to STL. Karen and Steve, the Hideaway resort owners put us up for the extra night (thank you!) and helped us get our truck to Bill. Knowing the urgency of us needing to get back home to our jobs, Bill fixed our truck and got us on the road the next day! (It was a holiday, everyone was closed) Believe me between my own experience and seeing him interact with other customers while I was waiting, you will not find a more honest, caring and knowledgeable mechanic! 3 years later and we again had car trouble while on vacation... Bill was the only person I thought of and would trust to get me fixed right so I could get me and my family back home safely. Over the next couple of days he helped diagnose and fix all the possible issues I was having. There were a few... We are now home save and on time! I even lined him up for a timing job in the near future for my Ford F150. Yes, I will be making a special trip, driving 4 hours only to have him do it!! Plus, it will be an excuse for me to have a few more days of fishing... Thank you Bill!"
