"Another mechanic in town kept my car for a week, never called me back, then said he couldn't fix it on day 8 after I said I had to tow it elsewhere, then charged me a diagnostic fee he never told me about and had to pay before he'd give me my keys. Then I had my car towed to Fowlers and they had it fixed by the next day. Josh was polite and explained the repair and I am completely satisfied. Excellent customer service, honesty, and integrity. Will never take my cars anywhere else as long as Fowlers is around. Highly recommended."
