Due to some walking issues my daughter has, we needed very flat bottoms that would support her angels and so far my daughter loves them!!! Thanks again Courtney!!! "As an owner of a small business I’m glad to see customer service alive and well today 2/19/2024! We have a sporting sales event coming up and with today being the last day for the sale on Jordan’s we were able to hear a great deal on new shoes. We were greeted to a clean and friendly store. The Manager, was clearly doing some sort of inventory and she and the staff member greeted me and asked how they could help. Then more folks started pouring in and both gals were working together to pull the sizes of shoes needed for everyone to try on. FedEx showed up during this rush and I never once was made to feel rushed or like they didn’t have time to help me. Will be back for sure especially since I am now signed up with text alert sales!"

"Was in the store 2/15/23 and overheard an employee on the phone with the manager as the manager promptly tore into the employee causing her to break down into tears as this lady cussed her out continuously and telling her how this girl and her coworker were so bad at their job. I thought both were very helpful and nice. If the manager would have been there and done this I would have stepped in and gave her a piece of my mind, absolutely unprovoked and unprofessional on the managers part"
