"My appointment got rescheduled for 3 different times in the same day. Then when I returned for the last appointment that day, they wouldn't work on me. When asked to leave and told them I'd just reschedule for some other time or find another clinic, they wouldn't unhook me from the nitrous and let me leave. My husband couldn't even convince them nicely that we were done. They did not work on me at all and I drove over an hour away for this appointment just to be rescheduled when I arrived for 2 different later times. They told me they ran out if materials to perform the extraction which I later found out from an employee that was a lie. They sure did go ahead and charge me though even after nothing was done. Their customer service is horrible. The women in front have no smiles, polite manners or even facial expressions. They are not welcoming or comforting and I doubt I will ever use that location again. It was mind blowing that they made me spend my entire day over in their location just to have no work done. Sitting in my car for 3 or more hours an hour away from home numerous times was thr worst. Do better Guys!! I would not say I'm done with River Dental as a company, but I can recommend to not attend this location."

"The entire staff including Dr. Brumley were very attentive to my PTSD from double jaw surgery in 1988. The Dr tenderly looked over my mouth avoiding the fractured tooth that was giving me pain. I received a treatment plan that the office was willing to help me with the large charge being paid in 2 payments. I was able to get in quickly for the initial office visit and then was scheduled 2 days out to extract the tooth and place the screw into place for the implant. I will continue to go to Dr. Brumley at River Dental on Pleasant Grove! So blessed to have found them!!"

"My first time at the office and it was clean and welcoming environment which is important but the staff were caring and attentive to any questions you may have. Dr. Brumley was very nice and professional and she did a great job on two extractions as well a cavity I needed filled. I already made my next appointment for my cleanings. They were also upfront about my financial responsibility which I appreciate before the service was performed. Thank you and I would recommend."
