"Overall a clean store with friendly staff. We ordered a pizza and cheesybread from Marco's for the first time. The man behind the counter helped us decide the best order for our preference and everything was great. We waited inside for our order which was quickly received."
"All done. We've been ordering Marco's for years. The last few months we have stopped due to numerous inaccurate orders, missing toppings, no crust seasoning, a missing soda, missing dipping cups (that we paid extra for), website not working, etc. Tried one last time tonight. Ordered our pizza for delivery at 7:12 p.m., with an expected delivery of 7:42 p.m. Called at 8:30 p.m. Pizza had not even been made, order could not be located. Employee blamed it on a computer glitch 30 minutes ago, but our pizza should have been delivered before any such glitch. I love your pizza, but we won't be back until you guys hopefully figure it out. This was not just tonight, this is a reoccurring theme."
