"I had a 1pm. appointment and I didn't get seen until 4:30 & all the people who came after me and didn't have an appointment were seen before me. They said it was my gearbox, but I have since taken my jeep elsewhere, and it was not the gearbox. I called them back the same day and requested the part be ordered. They never ordered the part or would call me back, not even the manager. I'm glad I gave up and went somewhere else. I'll never go back to this location."

"They are always so very nice and friendly at my neighborhood CarX. They get me in and out quickly for my oil change and tire rotation with no problems. I bought my tired there with the extra warranty and anytime I have a issue (whether it be just a low pressure problem) they are happy to help. There is no other place I would rather go."

"The guys at Car X really care about their customers. We have one car for our family and found out the wobble in our tire was actually part of the tread ripped clean off. The manager, Mark, was incredibly kind. The tires we needed weren’t in stock, and pay day isn’t till next week. He sourced some used tires for us till we could make it to payday to get the new tires. Shout out to Drew for taking me in the garage to explain the damage. These guys are wonderful. Couldn’t be more pleased to have them in our community! Thank you for being such a caring business."
