"My wife and I had made several purchases on Kimi Arnold’s last day of business. We live out of town and after getting home we reviewed the bill that appeared to be a little high. It was, we discovered that 3 items were added to our bill which we never purchased or received. After communicating with Mrs. Arnold about the overcharge via email, she no longer responded after her first response inquiring about the issue. We tried calling with no success and left our phone number for a return call via email as well. No response. It appears that Kimi Arnold of Sedalia Missouri does not run a reputable business. My family are life long Sedalia residents and we are very disappointed in the business practices or lack of them that Kimi Arnold has engaged in. Obviously she is no longer in business and maybe for an obvious reason. It’s disappointing to find a small business person with these values in life. We will not be as trusting in our future purchases. Trust broken."
