"I called to see if I could send my mom in to pick up a couple of items that the clerk that answered the phone grabbed for me. I explained to her that I was sick and would be sending my mom into pay for me and asked three times to confirm that my mom could show a screenshot of the coupon I had and she said yes to me those three times I had asked. I didn’t want to waste my moms time or gas if the coupon didn’t work. My mom went and was denied to use the coupon by the manager because it was a screenshot. I asked to speak to her and she told me this is the protocol and they don’t accept screenshots of coupons. I understand this but that is why I called to see if they would or wouldn’t and I was confirmed three times they would honor it. The manager refused to honor the coupon so I asked my mom not to purchase the items. We will not be shopping at the location in Marshall again."
