"Pathetic experience dealing with their Pre-owned Sales team !! Please don't go by their internet pricing. They would try and manipulate things to make your life difficult. Two days back, for a car that i test drove, their original listing price was $21900. It had a broken windshield that they committed to replace before sale as it was not in their advertisement. Their sales rep (Rikki), after committed replacement, stuck with the listed price ($21900) which is completely fair. I was given an option to purchase it for $2000 discount (projected cost of replacement) with as is condition i.e. at $19,900. This was with no add on or any financing through them. Today morning, Internet price reduced from 21900 to $21500. Rikki proactively reached out to me and came up with an offer – discount half the price of the windshield replacement i.e. $1000 discount i.e. $18,900 if sold as is, to which I agreed and asked to proceed. In afternoon, She texted that they would take care of the windshield replacement and charge me $21,900 which is apparently more than their own internet listed price ($21,500). More so, She is now forcing me to finance it through them. She isn’t even honouring the internet listed price. So, net, net She wasted my whole day luring me with a better offer and eventually offering me an increased price and with add ons than what She offered me 2 days back while their own internet price went down by $400. Seriously disappointing experience. They will lure you and trap you. Stay away please."

I traded that vehicle in 2 weeks ago & have tried calling 25+ times since then to cancel my warranty & have yet to speak with any finance manager.
