"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered 4 meals with drinks and an extra side of green beans. I was missing a drink and the green beans so I immediately circled back around. When I let the worker know she said she misunderstood that I wanted green beans and that's why she didn't charge me. I said I was happy to pay for them. She rang me up for green beans AND a drink. I told her I was MISSING a drink from my order. Instead of just apologizing and getting it for me, she questioned the other worker about whether or not he gave it to me. She finally gave it to me but she had a nasty attitude. To make matters worse, when I got home, my family tasted the drinks. The all tasted like WATER. I am tired at this point so I called to tell them about the watery drinks and to see if they could just replace them on a different day. The manager said the only way she could replace them was for me to come back up to the restaurant right then. She refused to give me her name. When I came back, she told me that they tasted their lemonade and it tasted just fine. She asked what drinks we wanted. I asked for the lemonade since it was fine. It was still watered down. She claimed that was the way their lemonade was! (Apparently she hadn't tasted it. It was fine the day before when I ordered it.) She ended up giving us fruit punch. This is not about the drinks, the green beans or the watered down drinks. It's about the disregard for serving the customer well and the poor attitude that both the manager and the worker had. No one deserves such a pitiful experience."
"I keep coming back to this KFC every Three months or so because I loved KFC when I was younger. It always sucks. It’s unbelievable I can’t tell you how many times I have gone there and they are out of original or crispy or both! Tonight was the last time, Ordered my chicken, then got up to the window and the lady told me that they were out of original. It was like 730 and I said you were out like right now then the cook (The guy with dreads and his pants down just above his knees, so I could see his lovely boxer shorts)said something behind her and apparently they did have some original. I got the food home and of course the chicken was room temperature. I started with a chicken wing which had a broken bone that I tried to eat around and then got a bone splinter into my tongue, fun!! Half of the breading on my chicken was missing because the guy smooshed all the chicken down with the lid , like I literally saw him standing up and pressing it down and was thinking please don’t do that please don’t do that. The macaroni and cheese didn’t actually taste like it had cheese in it don’t know how that is possible and the mashed potatoes were translucent and flavorless along with the diluted flavorless gravy. Finally got to the chicken breast which I had been looking forward to and it was extremely chewy and dry and tough which I don’t understand because apparently they were supposed to be out of original chicken but then they had some but then this chicken must’ve sat around for like an hour before they served it? Very confusing. This place is just the worst. There is no quality control and I will not eat there again I can’t wait for a Popeyes or a churches chicken to move to town, this place is a joke!"
"Ordered thru the app and Sat in the drive thru for 25 min it did not move. Finally went inside and stood for another 20 min and no one bothered to greet me. There were other customers inside who ended up walking out after trying several times to get the employees attention. There were only 2 employees working. One of the other customers that was there before I came in finally got their attention and asked if a manager was there she pointed to the office and he asked her to get them. After about 10 more min the manager finally comes out and talks to the guy and tells him it will still be 20 more mintues for his food. Then asks my name amd says that the systems already says my order is complete. After telling her it wasn't I never got my food and I've been waiting for almost an hour she decides to just start arguing with me. Refused to give me my food or a refund and tells me there's nothing she can do in a snarky attitude. After arguing more back and forth and her then ignoring me completely and refusing to give me her name. I told her she was a horrible lazy manager who wasn't doing her job. Her job was to help out her employees when they are struggling and she told me no it wasn't. Apparently sitting on your butt in the managers office while your only 2 employees are frantically trying to get food out Is her job. This manager was very unprofessional and rude."
"Food was cold. I got the bowl that has corn(which was tough) and chicken nuggets on top. It was terrible. The biscuit was hard and cold. The chicken tasted like old grease. Lost us as a family to ever go to another one. Also the manager seemed stressed out with no customer service skills and was rude."
"I went through the drive through and I ordered the 2 piece meal. Told her I wanted a chicken breast, not a leg. And they told me i'd pay a dollar extra. I said that's fine. I get home and it's a thigh and a leg. And so I called and she said I had to bring it back up. And then ask me what my ticket number was and I find out I didn't get a receipt back. I told her that and after arguing back-and-forth. She told me the only way I could get it replaced is if I came back up there. I said fine but I want a new meal. Because this one would be cold and she told me No, they would only replace the chicken breast. Can't believe that they are so lazy up there. They won't even take care of their customers. I'll not be going there again."
