"Don’t go here!!! Went through drive through, messed up on one chicken sandwich, Cheeseburger was undercooked and pink, Fries were cold and stale, made one drink diet, Didn’t receive my frosty, Called store and talked to manager ( Reyna ) and said she would either credit or remake so she remade, than took a couple bites of my cheeseburger after hanging up and it was pink, called again and when Reyna didn’t answer spoke to her boss above her and he said they would remake the sandwich, when got to the window, she argue they wouldn’t make it, than tried to basically tell my sister that the hamburger was normal color when she showed her the picture of the pink in the cheeseburger"

"I went through the drive-thru 10/24/23 8:35 pm and it was only one car in front of me and it wasn't busy at all. All I ordered was three small Frosties and I waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru when I got to the window I still had to wait and when I got my Frosties they were runny so they had been sitting for some time. The workers seem to be very distracted and there was a lady back behind the counter with a baby talking to the two workers. The workers were acting very casual like it was no big deal. What a joke. I guess if you keep it up with sorry customer service you eventually won't have a business to worry about."

"In the drive through we ordered bake potatoes, paid and then got to the second window and was told the last potatoes were sold and that it would only be 4 more minutes if we wanted to wait. Waited 10 minutes went in and was told by the manager it would take another 20 minutes for potatoes. No one apologized for lying to us but instead treated us like we were inconveniencing them. Terrible customer service."

"Store is dirty. Restroom out of soap. Then cashier used his bare hands to scoop up my fries because is was supposed to be to go. I asked for a refund and got one but they never asked why and never apologized. Not good customer service or food handling skills stay away."
