"Kody assisted me at the car wash the other day. I was interested in ensuring which option would clean the vehicles undercarriage. Basic wash doesn't usually get the vehicle cleaned enough. So I knew I didn't want to try that again (and it doesn't get the undercarriage either.) Ended up getting the Premium, and it did pretty good. Couple spots were missed, but overall got what I needed cleaned clean. ❤️ Vacuums though could be quite a bit more powerful."

"The customer service here is awesome! During the warmer months I do the unlimited wash subscription and come through at least twice a week but you can do them once per day! It’s absolutely worth the money just being able to use unlimited vacuums saves so much $ in comparison to regular wash places. When the weather cools I do pause my subscription as I’m washing less, but they’re open when the weather is warm enough so I just do pay per wash. But definitely recommend. The employees have always greeted me with a positive and professional attitude."

"I purchased the monthly wash in early October. On the third visit, October 17, 2023 my car was damaged with deep scratches. After trying to resolve the issue, with absolutely no customer service, a month later corporate refused to pay for damages stating that they couldn't see it on video and it didn't match equipment. Both body shops stated that this was damage consistent with a car wash. The local stated that Zips consistantly has this type of damages and that they will refuse to pay. Zips has an "F" rating at the BBB and if you look at reviews online there is a pattern of this problem. BUYER BEWARE! The $10 deal was not the $3000 cost. Use a touchless wash."

"I’m a local here and have attended this wash as member since it was RockNBubbles. Recently this wash changed hands and Zips has not only hired some poor personnel but has gotten terrible at quality washing WITHOUT harming the vehicle! Just on Nov. 8 we got a wash that broke the windshield wiper right off scratching the car in the process! When talking to the guy at the wash, he just made excuses about not being liable etc etc! After talking with head manager they still refused any type of reimbursement or even apology. Since using their wash we have gotten swirling scratches all over our car and their price keeps going up! Customer service and folks on site are very unhelpful and rude. Vacuuming machines are poorly maintained. Most times they have very little suction. I cannot recommend these folks for your car wash by any means! Look up other washes in town!"
