"Food was good. Store was dirty. Very very dirty. All the tables had food stuck to them. The trash was over flowing. The floor had empty containers and napkins. Outside grass area and parking lot had trash all over. We came around 430, they were not overly busy at the time. Staff was okay, a couple seemed to be pretty upset they were at work."

"Typical experience, but fresher, since I went early. The music, though, was so unpleasantly loud for the small space. This has long been one of the biggest downsides of this chain, and I have avoided it at times just for this reason. Please, please turn down the volume a couple of notches. I'm betting that most people will be grateful."

"Absolutely worst chipotle you can go to. Prices keep going up yet they will skimp out on everything. Workers had attitudes and didn't seem to care for their job. I will gladly from here on make thr extra drive to blue springs or lees summit. $35 for two bowls with guac and chips is absurd when the bowls look like this. Will NEVER go to this horrible location again. If I could give them lower than one stars I would."
