"Food was cold and took a long time to come out. Once they took my order back twice it was ok when it was hot. The waiters was nice but seemed a little overwhelmed to handle a large party."

"The surf and turf meal the shrimp was very cold one half of the steak was medium rare the other half was steak was well done. The other meal we had a 10 oz sirloin That was supposed to be medium rare the majority of that steak was medium well. The other tenants sirloin look like it was only a 6 oz sirloin and that was also supposed to be medium rare but tastes like it was medium well."

"I hadn't been to Chilis in years and now I remember exactly why. They weren't even very busy but we still has to wait about 25mins. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken salad and it was basically just lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, chicken and dressing. Nothing Santa Fe about it. My daughter got the grilled chicken bites off the kids menu and she got 6 tiny chunks of chicken. The prices are absolutely insane and comparable to Texas Roadhouse (much much better quality food tho) prices. As we were done with our meal I went to use the restroom and heard an employee dropping the F bomb while talking to another employee. It was the manager and I know it was the manager because she had a bright red plain shirt while the other employees had on Chili T-shirts. The lady in red dropping the F bomb was also one of the ppl who brought our food out. Very disappointed and we will never return. I'm honestly shocked this terrible establishment is still open."

"First i ordered half rack of ribs, fries & corn on the cob & the ribs looked gross & it was for 18.99 & it didnt look like it was worth that much. Then i ordered the nachos in the photo, the chips were burnt & tasted like cardboard . Then i had the server take it back so i did not get to eat anything due to the poor presentation of the food & taste."

"The place was empty and we wondered if anyone was ever coming over. After about 15 minutes Ashley came over and asked for our drink order. When I asked for club soda she said they didn’t have that and had no idea what it was. She took our food order at the same time. I asked for veggie fajitas again I was told they didn’t have that. She said they could use black bean patty, again not what I wanted-strike 2. Lili took over as our server. She was 100% better. The food came out right behind the chips and salsa because of our initial server. The food was so so at best and very pricey. Especially for the quality. I hadn’t been to Chili’s in quite a while. Definitely not coming back. Poor initial server with no idea how to work with the public the pricing and the food quality made this a less than pleasant experience."
