"Met With American Legion Post #248 after V-Day Ceremonies at the Mound City Courthouse...Order'd the Hoagie Melt...The Chicken Noddle on Mash Potato's Special and the Personal Meat Lover's Pizza...Place Was Full of Vet's and Hunter's...The Sweet Tea was Outstanding...Service was Great ..Again the Food was So Good I Forgot too Take Picture's...But I Did Take a Few of the Place...Big Screen ...Two Pool Tables ..Manager Said ...The High School Student's Often Come in and Shoot Pool...Anytime they are Open You Can Shoot if You Want...I'm Gonna Keep Going Back too Try as Many Thing's as I Can...and I Will Refrain From Eating It till I Get Pic's...Not That Many Places to Eat in Mound City Kansas...This is The Place ...You Won't Regret It...Good Food fort.." "Service was exceptionally slow but the server was friendly. The food was passable and priced fairly well. I wasn’t tremendously impressed but I would return as I could tell they were understaffed but trying to make things work. I imagine that when they have a full crew that it’s not a bad place. It did come highly recommended to me so I imagine that they were in a bit of a pinch the day I visited."
