"They installed my a/c and coil about 3 yrs ago. I recently noticed that I had coolant leaking and thought it might be the coil which is still under warranty. They came out to look at it and the the tech said it would be $95 for a service fee. He then went outside for a while and came back in and said since he had been there over 20 minutes it was going to cost $150. He hadn’t done anything other than come to check on a part that was still under warranty. I paid the $95 service fee. When I called the office they said I would just need to call someone else and refused service because I didn’t pay the additional fees. They will not service any of the parts that are still under warranty in the future."
