Wendy's 9022 East 40 Highway, Independence, MO 64055

"What I ordered: a single pretzel baconator meal with light mayo, a large natural lemonade with no ice, and a large fry + a double pretzel baconator combo meal with a large cherry coke no ice and cheese fries What I actually got: a single baconator meal with plenty of mayo, a large natural lemonade *with* ice, a large fry + a Dave’s double (no pretzel bun, not a baconator) + regular fries + my cherry coke *with* ice While the employees did make new drinks without ice, they wouldn’t give me my cheese fries without making me pay for a whole new order of cheese fries. Not sure why they couldn’t just ring it up as a side of cheese sauce or something and give me the other fries for free because I shouldn’t have to pay for the employees’ mistakes. I didn’t even notice that the double pretzel baconator was a Dave’s double until I got home though, so that really sucks because the pretzel baconator is a limited time thing. In addition to all of the ways they screwed our order up I’ve also just come here many times and had other issues between employees flat-out ignoring me or the speaker being broken etc. I’m just tired of wondering if I’m going to get what I pay for or if I might even be ignored when they’re clearly open so I’m done with this Wendy’s."

"This Wendys has YET to ever get my order right, told the cashier twice I wanted a med frie with my burger. Burger came up no fries, manager came us and said well you didn't pay for them so thats it. Tossed my burger to me and walked away."

"I'm giving a 3 as a guess, because I might have liked it but will never know. Wendy's, if you're going to lock your dining room, at least put up a sign giving the reason, so that potential customers don't go to both doors and stand there wondering why there are customers inside and workers at the counter but no way in. I didn't want the drive-thru, so I left. I doubt I'll be back"

"I went through the drive thru to order food but the lady at the window didn't want to even listen to what I wanted so I didn't get one of my large drinks or large fry. She just kept saying anything else and wouldn't let me customize my order the way we wanted it. Guess we will only use the app from now on and hope no more screw ups. No receipt to complain to corporate either"
