Lao Peking Chinese Restaurant

"I've been ordering from this restaurant for years and years. I was out of their delivery zone for awhile but was so excited to come back about a year and a half ago. But these PEOPLE who work here? Omg they're the best. We order once or twice a month and we always get a few orders of crab rangoon(they literally have the best crab rangoon I've ever tried), some lo mein, fried rice, and some general tsos(they're also one of the only places that will actually make it spicy for me, even though it's supposed to be a spicy dish) and every now and then we'll add some dumplings or egg rolls or something. Well, yesterday, we decided to completely change up our order. I really wanted to try the empress chicken (it was so good, btw) and my guy wanted chow mein. They literally called us after we put in our online order just to check that we didn't make a mistake because it's different from what we usually get. That felt SO GOOD. Like they actually care about us. They're always amazing but that's just taking customer care to the next level. I will be a patron of this establishment as long as they're around. I already won't order Chinese from anywhere else but now it's for life. Thank you, Lao Peking for making great food and caring about your loyal customers."

"I've been going to Lao Peking since I moved here in 2007. Of all the Chinese restaurants and buffets, this is the only one for me! The food is always freshly made, hot, and delicious. Janet, the owner, is always friendly and hardworking, either at the counter, taking orders, or in the kitchen. When family comes to visit from out of state, they "demand" Lao Peking food. I especially recommend the All Day Carryout Specials meals. They have very generous portions. One negative, I miss the dine-in area. I have a lot of fond memories of great meals with friends, family, and colleagues alike. ❤️"

"We usually get the same thing and its really good, though the portion sizes (like everything else in town) have gotten smaller. Ordered several other items from the menu that we haven't before - the lomein (sp?) was mushy :( I also had issues with the amount charged for a condiment - I called back the day after and they immediately fixed it. "The food was amazingly good, It was hot and packed very nicely. The lady that took my order was very pleasant and helpful. The man that delivered my food was also very nice clean and put together. The price was very comfortable In fact reasonable in this economy. That is the most wonderful Chinese food experience that I have had in years. I would give them 10 stars if I could because the quality of food At a good price with that kind of service is hard to come by these days. And thank you so much for your service It was spectacular. "I’m only Giving five stars because the food was absolutely delicious. Everything else was pretty mediocre. They were not very friendly on the phone and were rushing me for my order. I was missing about four items from my order, and when I opened my food, there was spilled sauce over all of the boxes(picture for reference) but the food was good so there’s that"
