"First Harry is the man!!! I had a battery die while traveling. The folks at Firestone helped me cut the line and got me a new battery installed in about 30 minutes. They were really sweet about it and they were pros. The desk guys were great and cleared the deck so we could get helped. Harry who did the work, was a pro with a great bedside manner and since of humor. He got me in and out in no time."

"I've not had a great experience with these folks. One time I scheduled a date and time to have my brakes and rotors replaced. I drop my vehicle off as instructed and am told it should be handled before the end of the business day. 3.5 days later I picked up my car with no services provided. I understand staffing issues and I've held off writing a review for 2 additional visits now. I've now tried to get my vehicle serviced here 3 times and each time I end up walking away deciding never to try again. The staff is hit or miss. The dark-skinned guy was awesome and despite walking away without purchasing the tires I wanted I was still pleased because at least the customer service was good. Aside from that I've been extremely dissatisfied with this place. Can't help but to adamantly urge people to go elsewhere. I've only recommended this place to one lady. A lady whom I felt a lot of contempt for so I led her to my least favorite tire shop.."
