"They ripped me off! Paid for my sandwich, and added tip into the credit card scanner. Girl behind the counter says they can't receive tips by that method, and they'll credit the original amount back to my account and I'll have to do it over. So payed for my sandwich again, and gave them a cash tip. Never got the credit to my account!! Now I know why they were laughing as I was walking away from the counter."

"Colorism is extremely apparent at this Indian American owned franchise. Open till the recent management change I have frequented this establishment for family member who I cannot get to stop eating this type of food. We will be going to the locally owned barbecue establishment adjacent customer service ain’t much better but at least they’re Not not participating in classism from their homeland."

"I appreciated their efforts to meet my dietary needs! (Other Subways have been unwilling to accommodate customers' dietary needs such as gluten allergy without charging more.) The front door is confusing though because it's locked even when they are open. There's no sign letting you know that you have to wait for them to let you in."

"People are rude. When I come in there they either ask for my phone which I never bring in because it paid for or they ask me to sign a piece of paper which I still don’t understand why only this location. And why I came in one time a white lady said she managed many store and that what they all do. Nope just this one but when I’m right I just want the food I paid for and not to treated like I need to steal a sandwich."

"This subway has to be one of the worst, the workers are so rude, they never greet you they just stare at you. Unsure if it’s a cultural thing or not but they have zero customer service. It’s the closest Subway to my job so I’m kinda forced to come here but they deserve new management and new workers. The management only hires their family so maybe they have no incentive to perform better. It’s never busy so I’m unsure why they’re so cold and rude to customers. I’m actually gonna call corporate on them. I might go to the other location, it’s further, and busier, but at least they treat you like a person there."
